因邻里琐事，男子酒后心生报复，不仅动手打了他人，还驱使自家饲养的多只大型犬撕咬他人，造成他人重伤二级。

B | 近日，安徽省濉溪县法院公开审理了这起故意伤害案件。此案被告人在濉溪县四铺镇家中饲养数只大型烈性犬。    (ECNS) -- China's electronic information manufacturing industry maintained strong momentum in the first half of 2026, according to data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.    During the January-June period, the industry generated operating revenue of 9.41 trillion yuan (about U.S.$1.39 trillion), up 18.5% year on year. Among major products, industrial robot output climbed 28% year on year to 538,000 units, while new energy vehicle (NEV) production rose 6% to 7.399 million units.    Export delivery value of this sector increased 7.8% year on year in the first half.                                。日常因为犬只随意大小便问题，与邻居郭某产生矛盾。2025年9月26日21时许，被告人酒后回到家中，为发泄心中不满，实施报复，他将自己饲养的6只大型烈性犬带至郭某住处，把郭某叫到屋外，先是动手对其实施殴打，之后当场唤使犬只扑咬郭某。多只大型犬扑向郭某，致使郭某身上多处受伤。

C | 案件发生后，被害人被送往医院救治，经司法鉴定，被害人伤情构成重伤二级。法院审理认为，被告人的行为构成故意伤害罪，应当追究刑事责任。动物伤人并非只是意外事件，本案中，犬只只是行为人实施伤害的工具，主动放狗伤人，属于故意伤害他人身体的行为，后果达到重伤，将面临严厉的刑事处罚，同时还要承担医疗费、护理费等全部民事赔偿责任。由于该案牵扯到刑事附带民事，未作出当庭宣判，法院将择日宣判。法官提醒称，邻里相处，难免发生摩擦口角，遇到矛盾切忌冲动报复，殴打他人、动物伤人，不仅解决不了问题，反而会让自己身陷牢狱，付出沉重代价。
