许家印：9月底前全面复工许家印在上述会议上表示，今年恒大全体员工在大年初六就提前开始上班，每周召开工程专题会。在极其困难的情况下，公司上下齐心协力、永不放弃、努力拼搏、日夜奋战，在政府的帮助下克服重重困难，复工复产取得显著成效。许家印称，“目前全国保交楼项目共706个，已复工项目668个，未复工项目38个，要求相关地区公司在9月30日前必须全面复工。目前已复工的668个项目中，有606个达到正常施工水平，还有62个正在恢复正常施工过程中，要求相关地区公司在9月30日前必须全部达到正常施工水平。”图片来源：恒大集团官方微信

据河南当地媒体《大河报》消息，郑州“保交楼”5个专项行动中的企业瘦身自救“保交楼”专项行动，由郑州市住房保障局牵头，坚持“企业自主、政府推动、统筹结合、违法必究”原则，压实企业自救主体责任，探索企业纾困新思路，稳妥推进市场风险处置。一方面，对不能实质性复工、表演式复工企业，严查企业资产、项目资金，督促企业担当自救、主动化解；要摸清项目现状，制定“保交楼”一楼一策，全力以赴推动项目复工复产。另一方面，房企要积极展开自救行动，打通出险房企化解风险有效路径，推动停工、半停工项目实质性复工，确保按照已售逾期未交付项目早日交付，已售未交付项目按期交付；无法实现瘦身自救的，该破产的依法破产，该拍卖的依法拍卖，让企业认识到“砸锅卖铁保交楼”是应尽的基本责任。
